My practice is based upon providing a safe, nurturing environment for women to escape the modern, hectic lifestyle, providing focus on their own well-being. These sessions will include targeting areas which require attention, through therapeutic touch, or by providing relaxation. Your body's natural healing power will be engaged.  

Herbal consults will include a detailed intake form which we will spend time discussing.  In order to determine which remedy/remedies will be most beneficial, pulse testing and/or tongue evaluation will be used. We will discuss properties of the herb or flower essence and the dosage/frequency will be determined.  These remedies are not meant to serve as a diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure for illnesses/diseases as I am not a licensed medical professional.
